Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We offer appointment windows rather than specific times to account for travel and previous job completion times.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as technician availability, weather conditions, or emergencies. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.

Pricing and Payment

Service Estimates

We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during service. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
• Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month
• Returned payments will incur a $35 processing fee

Sales Tax

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax unless specifically stated otherwise.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair services. This warranty covers both labor and parts against defects in workmanship and materials.

Manufacturer Warranties

New appliances come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in understanding and claiming these warranties, but the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from power surges, floods, or other external factors
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from improper installation by other parties

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Refrigerator Hub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering our technicians and your property during service. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Intellectual Property

Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Tech City, TC.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
